On October 19, 2007, Dr. Richard Roan O'Neil was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). This news shook his family and friends and sent ripples of concern throughout our community. He recently began his treatment; a long and challenging journey which will require strength, patience and faith.

Those who know him understand that he is willing and able to do whatever is necessary to prevail. Those who have not yet met him will have this opportunity, and learn about the qualities that enable man to endure and survive.

This website is being created to help chronicle Rich O'Neil's journey. It will provide links to other helpful websites and offer updates regarding Rich's progress. A calendar of fund raising events will be forthcoming and we encourage you to participate in as many as possible, in an effort to provide spiritual and economic support for Rich and his family as he will be unable to work as an anesthesiologist for quite some time.
